Meet The Team

Brad
Brad is a former Chemical Engineer with over 30 years of experience in marketing and business management. With hands-on home improvement experience, a home improvement license, and time in the carpet industry, he knows flooring from both a practical and technical perspective. For the past two years, he has run his own flooring store, focused on providing honest service and great value. A proud Ooltewah High School and University of Tennessee graduate, outside of work, he can usually be found golfing or cheering on the Vols.
Misty
Misty met Brad at Ooltewah High School in 1991, and they have been happily married for over 30 years. She holds degrees in Early Childhood and Elementary Education, but for the past three decades she has focused on raising three children, volunteering in their church and schools, and substitute teaching.

Now that the kids are grown, Misty is excited to work alongside Brad to grow their family business. You’ll usually find her in the back office keeping things running smoothly, though she especially enjoys helping customers find flooring they’ll love for years to come.

Joe
Joe is a Tennessee Tech graduate and former Chemical Engineer with a diverse background that includes owning both a diner and a successful BBQ food truck. He also brings hands on experience from the home building industry. Joe combines his technical knowledge, entrepreneurial spirit, and customer focused approach to help grow our family business.

He oversees purchasing, warehouse operations, and customer support, while jumping in wherever else he’s needed. Joe is from the Johnson City, TN area, is an avid UNC Tar Heels fan and even bottles his own signature BBQ sauce.

Steve
Steve is a Tennessee Temple graduate who spent 30 years as a teacher and principal before joining our team in 2025. He helps customers in the showroom and manages the warehouse, keeping shipments organized and materials ready for our installers.

Steve and his wife, Sharon, have been married for over 50 years. They have three children and seven grandchildren. Outside of work, he is active in his church, enjoys his grandchildren’s activities, and cheers on the Vols every season.
